Detail Cleaning M&M is growing, and we are currently looking for dependable, hardworking employees to join our residential and commercial cleaning team in the Plainfield and La Grange areas.

Position Details
Starting pay: $20.00 per hour
Our cleaning team members help provide professional cleaning services for homes, offices, apartments, and other properties throughout the western and southwestern suburbs of Chicago.
Daily responsibilities may include:
- Dusting furniture, fixtures, baseboards, and other surfaces
- Vacuuming carpets and rugs
- Sweeping and mopping hard floors
- Cleaning kitchens and bathrooms
- Emptying trash and recycling
- Cleaning mirrors and interior glass
- Sanitizing frequently touched surfaces
- Completing detailed cleaning assignments
- Traveling between customer locations
We are looking for employees who are dependable, punctual, respectful, and willing to follow cleaning instructions carefully.
Applicant Requirements
Applicants must have a reliable car and be able to travel to customer locations in and around Plainfield, La Grange, and nearby suburbs.
Qualified applicants should also:
- Be dependable and arrive on time
- Have reliable transportation
- Be comfortable performing physical cleaning work
- Be able to stand, bend, lift, and move throughout the workday
- Pay close attention to details
- Communicate effectively with customers and supervisors
- Be respectful inside customers’ homes and businesses
- Be willing to learn Detail Cleaning M&M’s cleaning procedures
Previous residential or commercial cleaning experience is helpful, but we are also interested in responsible applicants who are willing to learn and take pride in their work.
