How do I know if you provide cleaning near me?
For the most part, we serve the Southwest Suburbs of Chicago. This includes Burr Ridge, Clarendon Hills, Hinsdale, La Grange, Oak Brook, Westchester, Western Springs, and Willowbrook. If you don’t see your town on the list, give us a call to see if we can provide cleaning service at your home or office!

What makes you different from other cleaning companies?
This is our philosophy-

How am I priced?
Every home and office is as unique as you are, so we don’t have flat rate pricing. However, we’re happy to provide a free estimate! Call or email us for more information.
What if I need to cancel a cleaning service?
We understand that life happens, and you may need to cancel a cleaning. We require a 48 hour notice before your scheduled cleaning time. For notice less than 48 hours, we charge a $50 cancellation fee. We will do our best to accommodate rescheduling.
What cleaning products do you use?
,We aim to use all eco-friendly, natural products, but when needed we do use chemicals. If you are sensitive to any products or have any special requests, we are happy to accommodate.
What should I provide?
We will typically take up to two trash bags and a roll of paper towels per cleaning. If your home has uncommon surfaces that require special cleaning supplies, clients are encouraged to purchase them.
How do I prepare for my appointment?
We just ask that you pick up clutter and personal belongings so we can focus our time on cleaning. Organizing services are available if needed!
How do you handle complaints?
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not happy, we will come out and re-clean for free if notified within 24 hours!
How will you clean my marble and stone?
Most of our clientele have marble and stone throughout their home. We know how easy it is to ruin if it’s not cleaned correctly! With uncommon surfaces, we encourage our clients to buy specific cleaning supplies made for their home. We recommend two products for marble and stone. One being a biodegradable product that is safe to use and the other being a stronger chemical in case your marble and stone has soap scum, mildew or mold. Specific adjustments like this will be discussed during your free estimate!
What is the difference between a deep clean and recurring cleaning?
During deep cleans, we pay close attention to the nooks and crannies of your entire home. You can expect baseboards to be scrubbed and all build-up to be removed. Recurring cleaning are upkeeps, we make sure build up does not accumulate and you always feel that breath of fresh air!
My faucets are made out of a special bronze material and can only be used with my special chemical, can you accommodate that?
Absolutely! Special accommodations as such are very important to our team.
